Truscptt was attached to 46 Sqn. on 1916-10-26. On 1917-04-06 he was sent out to recce the Lille District, and failed to return. He was posted as missing, and later the same day, presumed dead. The same applies to his pilot, 2Lt John Arthur Marshall, British. Both aviators died of their injuries/wounds.
