1918-03-10: 37TS, Grantham, England, injured in B-9631, A W F.K.8; he tried a steep turn too near the ground and the aircraft side-slipped on turn onto right wing and cartwheeled across the ground.
Wallace was injured in the crash, but recovered by the end of the war. He returned to Canada. I could find no information on his post-war life.
2nd-Lieutenant Hubert Alfred Wallace was cremated.
