804 Squadron - Fleet Air Arm. Sub Lt Scott flew his Hellcat aircraft off H.M.S. Ameer and was killed taking part in a raid on Andaman Island.

He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR. He served in HMS Ameer for 804 RN Squadron RN. (He was killed in action at Port Blair India in the Andaman Islands on 06/05/1945.) The Nauticapedia
