Listed as PPCLI but he was RAF at the time of his death. *S.L.* Flt Cadet George Lancaster Robinson: 1918-10-12 Avro 504K, D-4530 at 13TDS, Ternhill, when he stalled and spun, after engine failure. He was injured in the crash but recovered. Before release from hospital he contracted pneumonia and died of it, 1918-11-01. (Canadian)
