Shot down by an enemy aircraft L.S.* On 1915-11-11, Knight received his pilots certificate at the Curtis School, in Toronto. He completed his training at the 16 Reserve Sqn in March, 1916. Between March and his death in December he accounted for eight enemy aircraft. 1916-12-20 Knight was killed when he became the 'Red Baron's thirteenth victim.
