Joslyn transferred to RFC on 1916-03-14, at Regina. Flying the Bristol F.2b, he and observer Frank Potter shot down an Albatros D.V flown by German ace Alfred Ulmer. Joslyn scored 6 more victories, all with gunner Sgt. Frank Potter, before he was killed in action 1917-08-17. He is listed on the Arras Flying Services Memorial as his body was not recovered.
