Former Canadian Army Pay Corps. Unsure why he does not have a RFC grave marker. *S.L.* 1917-06-22:L Hamber was seriously injured in Avro 504, A-5903; when it crashed for unknown reasons. His student pilot, 2AM Peter John Stanescu, (British) was flying at the time of the crash and was killed. Hamber succumbed to his injuries that evening.
