Fallows emigrated from England in 1910. In 1911 he was living/working in Kenora, Ontario. He enlisted at Winnipeg and was accepted on September 10. He was found dead in the Jesse Ketchum Barracks on September 13, with his throat cut. This was judged to be a ??suicide?? by the powers that be!
