This aircraft 330003 (formerly 9K-APD) and had arrived in the early hours of April 15th, 2024. The aircraft proceeded to undertake training flights to Hannover in Germany, Belfast in Northern Ireland, Venice in Italy and finally to Riga in Latvia. This is the second of two aircraft received by the Royal Canadian Air Force which are based at CFB Trenton, Ontario with 437 Transport Squadron. In total, the Royal Canadian Air Force will eventually receive nine aircraft (eight in MRTT configuration and one for VIP transportation) to replace its ageing CC-150 Polaris aircraft. Four will be new-build aircraft with five acquired from commercial stock. The first two aircraft acquired from Kuwait Airways are 330002 and 330003 which were delivered in November 2023 and February 2024 respectively. (Source: Aero Resource 2024-04-17)
