His air-gunner, Cpl J Simmons (no forename in record) was also OK.1918-08-16: Kilbourne was missing in DH-4, D-9267; last seen at 14,000 feet over Quesnain gliding down in a North-East direction, under control during bombing and recce of Sancourt ammo dump.
