"A" Able flying through the Eiffel Tower? (although this event likely happened, this photograph is likely fake.) It is signed by the late Bill Bryant RAF who was the navigator of that aircraft piloted by Bob Boorman RCAF. Service Numbers

White served with the Canadian Machine Gun Corps and was wounded before being seconded to the Royal Flying Corps on 1917-09-22. Posted to 65 Squadron in April 1918, he scored 22 victories flying the Sopwith Camel. White joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1924 and was fatally injured in the crash of an Avro at Camp Borden in 1925. He was 28.

The Avro 504 was a First World War biplane aircraft made by the Avro aircraft company and under license by others. Production during the war totaled 8,970 and continued for almost 20 years, making it the most-produced aircraft of any kind that served in any military capacity during the First World War.
