37 Lancasters from 408, 426, and 432 squadrons were joined by 10 Halifaxes from 433 squadron on an attack at Berlin. The crews were over the target at between 20,000 and 23,000 feet, releasing 160,000 lbs of high explosives and 145,000 lbs of incendiaries.
