6 Bomber Group April 8/9, 1943

15 Halifaxes from 405, 408, and 419 Squadrons were joined by 64 Wellingtons from 420, 424, 425, 426, 427, 428, 429, and 431 Squadrons on an attack at Duisberg. The crews were over the target at between 15,000 and 20,000 feet, releasing 85,000 lbs of high explosives and 137,000 lbs of incendiaries.
